SAFETY GUIDELINES EVERYONE IS SUBJECT TO SEARCH This is a clean, safe, family-oriented, tattoo convention and party. You'll have fun and be able to see the best artists doing the best tattooing and piercing from across the country. If this is not your show, please don't bother to come; but if it is, you will have the time of your life! Bring your friends. ALL BAGS/BACKPACKS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH DO NOT BRING: Video-Cameras, Professional SLR Cameras, Promotional Materials, Samples, Postcards, Fliers, and Weapons.

VOLUNTEER PHOTOGRAPHER NEEDED
We need two photographers to take all sorts of photos for us throughout the 3 days of the event and to burn CDs for us at the end of each day. If you take great photos and enjoy helping out, please contact us via email at: megaproductions@verizon.net

NOTE:
(1) Must have SLR type cameras
(2) Must be able to volunteer all 3 days with long hours
(3) Must send us 5 photos you took recently (No facebook please)
(4) Must be able to provide copies to us at the end of each day
(5) This a no pay position
(6) If approved, you will be contacted within 14 days of the show

TICKET RULES
With 1-day ticket: proceed to the entrance area and submit your 1-day ticket. Get your hand stamped on your way out if you'll need in-and-out privilege on the same day.
With 3-day ticket: proceed to the entrance area to exchange your 3-day ticket with a wristband. Wear your wristband comfortably but firmly throughout the 3 days. All wristbands will be inspected. Lose wristbands will be replaced by our gate staff. Wristbands are not transferrable.
Cut or taped wristbands are not acceptable.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN ARTIST

It is advisable to pre-set appointment with your favorite artist so you would not have to wait around. Look up the shop info through Google. However, it is also nice to see the works of different artists before choosing your favorite one. At this show, you will find local, national, and international artists who may have busy schedules at the show. So whatever you decide, have fun.

ALREADY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT

Arrive early to purchase your ticket to ensure that you can get into the show on time. Have your artist submit your name(s) and appointment time to Management prior to your arrival. We allow 2 persons per appointment to have priority admission if there is a waiting line to get into the show. Management will not take any responsibility regarding your appointment or your admission to the show.

TATTOO CONTEST

• Have Fun, Participate, and show off your body art. • Register right at the show • Win Prizes, Cash, and Respect!!!

(There is a $10 registration fee required. Check out our TATTOO CONTEST page for contest schedule. There is also a 2 year restriction on previous contest winners. This means that if you were a contest winner of our show, you will not allowed to enter into the same contest category within a 2 year period.)


2 YEAR CONTEST WINNER RESTRICTION RULE
To be fair to all contestants, we have a 2 year restriction policy for past contest winners; i.e. if you were the contest winner of our show, you are not allowed to enter into the same contest category within a 2 year period.


FRESH TATTOOS
The industry rule is that tattoos must be healed to be judged. People with fresh tattoos are not allowed to enter into any contest category except The Best of Day category. See below for info.


BEST OF DAY TATTOO CONTEST
For the Best of Day Contest, one must have the tattoo started and completed at the event on the day of the contest. All other tattoos will be disqualified.

AGE CONCERNS

ON ADMISSION There is NO RESTRICTION on admission as far as age is concerned. Children under 10 will be admitted free of charge with an accompanying paid adult. Children usually enjoy and have lots of fun at our shows. ON TATTOOING California laws prohibit: (1) anyone tattooing minors (under age 18), (2) any minor from getting tattoo. ON PIERCING Current California laws allow minors (above age 16) to get body piercing with written parental consent.

CAMERA/VIDEO-CAMERA/CAMCORDER

NON-PROFESSIONAL CAMERA Non-professional cameras are allowed but get permission from artist before taking photos. PROFESSIONAL CAMERA Professional SLR type cameras are NOT allowed unless you obtain a Press Pass from Mega Productions. See below for info. VIDEO CAMERA & CAMCORDER Video Cameras and Camcorders are NOT allowed unless you obtain a Press Pass from Mega Productions. See below for info.

PRESS PASSES

Press Passes are given out to news organizations only. Examples of these organizations include accredited TV stations, Radio stations, Newspapers, and Industry Magazines. We do not provide passes to independent show producers, private production companies, website operators, research projects personnel or individuals. Qualified parties must call in to our office and fax your request on your company's letter head to us.

MAILING/EMAIL LIST

We want to stay in contact with you. We will have registration forms for you to fill out at the show. Please help us in filling out the forms so we may maintain contact with you about future events.

NO SOLICITATION

No solicitation is allowed. No cross-promotion of any kind. No announcement of other events or shows. No handling-out bills, fliers, postcards, or business cards anywhere inside the show, outside the exhibit hall, in the parking lot, or anywhere within the convention facility. Violators will be escorted out by security guards or police officers without refund and may be cited as trespassing.
